Simple reiteration here. Even if you're a bad dude or dudette and you are relatively well conditioned you can still overdo it occasionally.

We urge you constantly to lift on the lighter side (for your capacity) when form needs improvement or when there are more reps than normal in a particular WOD. Here's another article on the reasons why we do that. Spinning, near fatal? Who would think?
