Lighter weight test of endurance. Bring an extra lung and have at this workfest. Does anyone really believe that maybe wall balls and burpees were sent from the devil? In that order? Make this WOD fit you. Lower the reps per movement to something more realistic, or those 660 reps will feel like "666"...
