100 ft Walking lunge
50 Push-ups
50 Double-unders
25 L-pull-ups
5 Rope climbs
50 Box jumps 24/20
25 Overhead squats 65lb/45lb
25 Knees to elbows
50 Sit-ups

 Then:

Nice slow torso-rotating mobility work x 12-15 minutes.
