Teams of 2
For FOUR minutes:
One Rows the entire time
One does Burpees the entire time

Rest 2 minutes

For EIGHT minutes:
Partners swap 100m Runs and Pull Ups (one runs while one does pull ups, swap continuously so nobody does the same thing at the same time)

 Rest 2 minutes

For FOUR minutes:
Row & Burpees – partners switch tasks from first round.

Add a make up lift if you need it, but finish with a slow, relaxing mobility piece.
