Warm up then:

Bench Press skill work (you can do some heavy sets BUT see what’s next.) followed by:

AMRAP 21 min

Teams of three.

One partner rows for calories.
One partner does max-rep light bench press (55# - 95#)
Third partner does a 100 yd Farmer Carry w/1.5 or 1 Pood KB (or 50/35# DB’s)

Team rotates at the end of each Farmer Carry.

Score is your team’s bench press plus calories.
