Spicy Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Dip

1/2 cup butternut pumpkin, steamed and cooled
1 medium sweet potato, steamed and cooled
3 T Tahini
2 T olive oil*
1 tsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Using a blender/Food processor: Add the sweet potato and pumpkin in a blender/food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes, until mashed. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse to desired consistency (varies by brand).
By hand: Using a potato masher, mash the pumpkin and sweet potato very well. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix very well until fully incorporated. (The consistency using this method is much thicker).
If you use a larger sweet potato or added pumpkin, add extra olive oil to reach desired consistency.
